COVID-19 Appointment Protocol

TO PROTECT OUR PATIENTS, STAFF, AND COMMUNITY, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES:

  • Please stay home if you or your family member has a fever or cold/flu symptoms.
  • Please brush your teeth well at home before you come into the office.
  • Parents are encouraged to wait for their children in the car if possible and call the office after the appointment to make the following appointment for your child. If you need to come into the office, please put on a face covering/mask before you enter the office.
  • We will be taking all patients’ temperature before entering the clinic area with a forehead thermometer. If you/your child’s temperature is over 100.4 degrees, we will not be able to see you/your child.
  • All patients will be provided the use of hand sanitizer before they come into the treatment area.
  • Patients will be distanced and separated in the clinic area. Therefore, if you are late for your appointment, we may not be able to see you/your child until all patients who were scheduled at their appointment time are seen first, or we may need to reschedule the appointment.
  • Please be patient with our ability to make appointments for you/your child to fit your needs. We will not be able to see the volume of patients we were accustomed to seeing prior to the pandemic.
  • Please prepare your young children before they come into the office to let them know that the doctors and the staff will be wearing masks and face shields to protect them. We do not want to inadvertently frighten them with our appearance.
  • We are so happy to see you again. We want a welcoming and safe environment.
