WE PLAN TO OPEN ON MAY 29th, PROVIDED WE ARE ALLOWED BY THE GOVERNOR

While the changes that this pandemic has brought to all of our lives are difficult, we hope you take comfort in knowing that Dr. Weeden and her team are here for you. The plan is for our office to open and be fully operational with safe guidelines in place to keep our patients healthy. We are caring for you and your children for visits both in person and virtually, if possible.

Is it safe to come to the office?

We have implemented numerous precautions and safe practice guidelines to protect you and your child while visiting our office. We are adhering to guidelines including social distancing, mandatory masks for our team and rigorous cleaning procedures. We are asking parents to wait in their cars and send their children into the office. Patients will be screened prior to entering the clinic and we are asking that no siblings or friends accompany patients that have appointments.

If you are a new patient to our office, 1 parent/guardian and the child will be allowed into the lobby and the treatment coordinator room.

Please be patient during this new environment/time. We are doing our best to see our patients who have been unable to receive care over the past several months. Remember, we have new regulations in terms of distance and number of people we are able to have in our clinic at the same time. This means that we will make every effort to get you in as soon as possible, but there are some circumstances that we do not have control over at this stage.

If you or your child has a fever of 100 degrees or higher we will need to reschedule your appointment two weeks out. If you have any of the symptoms of COVID, please reschedule your appointment and seek treatment from your family physician.

We look forward to helping you achieve your new smile.
